The finalists have been announced for the 2015 FIFA World Coach of the year for men's football. The following coaches have made it into the 3 man shortlist. The whole world will turn its eyes to Zurich on the 11th of January as the prestigious  award will be presented at the 2015 FIFA Ballon d'Or gala.

Pep Guardiola 

The Catalonian's name was on the lips of every Bayern fan as he continued the Bavarians' dominance in the German first division by winning it in record time with a 3-1 win over Hertha in late March. Also Stern den Südens wouldn't be sad regarding their explosive start to this season as they stand unbeaten and 1st in the division gathering a staggering 40 out of 42 possible points and have already gained a vital 8 point lead over fierce rivals BVB in the early stages.

Luis Enrique

Luis Enrique Martínez or 'Lucho' as the Clulés call him has carried on his excellent form from Celta Vigo to Barçe;ona and has definitely become a loved and adored figure around the club. Winning the treble is something every manager has on his checklist but a very few are able to achieve this massive feat. Luis has done it for the second time in Barcelona's history and has proven that he's a world class coach. Barcelona currently sit 4 points at the top of La Liga, an away win over Real Madrid being the highlight of their season so far.

Jorge Sampaoli

It was a never ending fairy tale for the Chilean National team as they lifted the Copa América by defeating heavy favorites Argentina on Penalties. The 55 year old Argentinian certainly shut a lot of critics up after lifting the title.

All 3 of the Coaches are undoubtedly world class and deserve their success. But who do you think will come out on top and steal the title from Joachim Löw?
